What we collect
This website collects information in two places only.
Inquiry forms
When you submit the contact form or the procurement inquiry form, we receive the information you type into it:
- Your name and, if you provide it, your organization
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- The inquiry type or procurement category you select
- The subject, requirements or message you write
- For procurement inquiries: the tender or RFQ reference, submission deadline and delivery location, where provided
- Any document you choose to attach to a procurement inquiry
Submitting a form also records the time of submission and the IP address the submission came from. We keep that only to identify and block automated abuse of the form.
Technical records
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, request time, requested page, browser type — as part of running the website. This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third-party marketing cookies. The only external request a page makes is for the typeface, described below.
Fonts
Pages on this website load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests that font file from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and basic request information as part of serving it. No cookie is set by that request, and no other third-party service is loaded.
Cookies
One cookie is set, and only when you load a page containing an inquiry form. It holds a PHP session identifier, which exists so that the form can verify your submission came from this website and was not forged. It expires when you close your browser. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies are set.
How the information is used
- To read, assess and respond to your inquiry
- To prepare a quotation or proposal where one is appropriate
- To contact you about the inquiry you submitted, using the details you supplied
- To prevent automated abuse of the inquiry forms
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you submitted an inquiry.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to LogiCore Enterprises and are stored on the website's hosting account so that an inquiry is not lost if an email fails to arrive. Documents you attach to a procurement inquiry are sent with that email. Attached documents are never published on this website and are not accessible to anyone browsing it.
The website is hosted on shared hosting infrastructure, and your email is handled by the mail provider configured for our domain. Both providers process this information on our behalf in order to run the website and deliver email.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially relevant — while a quotation, proposal or project is live, and afterwards as a record of the engagement. You can ask us to delete your inquiry and any attached documents at any time.

- Ask what information we hold about an inquiry you submitted
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it, including any attachments
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Inquiry forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and automated submission, uploaded files are checked by file type and size before being accepted, and file names are rewritten rather than trusted as submitted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, banking details or other credentials through the inquiry form.
