Government, Institutional & Procurement Inquiries

Technology Procurement Support for Organizational Requirements

LogiCore Enterprises welcomes procurement inquiries relating to IT equipment, computer hardware, software, networking, infrastructure and technology-related services.

Procurement

Send us the requirement as it is written

We understand that procurement requests may include detailed technical specifications, quantities, delivery requirements and submission deadlines. Share the relevant documents so the requirements can be reviewed before a proposal is prepared.

We can review the stated requirements and assess whether we can prepare a suitable response.

Submission of an inquiry does not constitute acceptance of a tender, confirmation of eligibility or a commitment to supply. All participation is subject to applicable procurement requirements and agreement on scope and terms.

What you can send us

  • Tender notice or request for quotation
  • Technical specifications
  • Bill of quantities, if applicable
  • Required quantities and brands or acceptable equivalents
  • Delivery location
  • Submission deadline
  • Eligibility or documentation requirements

Before you send it

What a public-sector IT tender usually involves

Written for departments putting an IT requirement out to tender, and for anyone comparing what suppliers can realistically commit to.

Documents a department usually asks for

  • National Tax Number and sales tax registration, where the tender requires them
  • Proof of active taxpayer status at the time of bidding
  • Bid security or earnest money, commonly a percentage of the bid value
  • Registration on the relevant e-procurement system where a department uses one
  • Manufacturer or distributor authorisation where a brand is specified

How specifications are usually written

  • An item-by-item technical specification, sometimes with a bill of quantities
  • A named brand and model, or that brand "or equivalent"
  • Required warranty period and after-sales support terms
  • Delivery location, and whether installation is included
  • A submission deadline and an opening date

What we confirm before quoting

  • That the specified items can actually be sourced in the quantities asked for
  • Current pricing and lead time from the supply side, not a guess
  • Whether an equivalent is being offered, stated plainly rather than hidden
  • Warranty terms as they are offered by the manufacturer or distributor
  • Whether the delivery date in the tender is realistic

Requirements differ between departments and between tenders. The list above describes what is commonly asked for, not a claim about any particular tender or about registrations held by LogiCore Enterprises. Where a tender requires specific documentation, we confirm what we can provide before quoting rather than after.
